Those license files are for version 1.0 of the Zope DA (including
all patch-level releases). The version 2.0 uses the new names
mxodbc_zopeda_license.py and allows for a more flexible way of
installing the license files.
Please get new evaluation licenses for mxODBC Zope DA 2.0 to
try the setup:
